Crafted by Mona Farm’s resident Pastry Chef, Poppy Wilson, each cake is expertly designed and baked across a meticulous 16-hour process. British-born Wilson worked under renowned British Chef Peter Sanchez-Iglesias at Michelin-starred restaurant ‘Casamia’ before joining the team at Mona Farm in 2022.
